Meet Our Team

Brad Milam, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. DN, CF-L1

Brad started Craft Physical Therapy with the goal to provide patients and athletes with a better choice for the highest quality, one-on-one physical therapy treatment without the typical restrictions of insurance companies or traditional physical therapy models.

“Too often I hear stories from patients about their past physical therapy experiences that include very little time spent with the actual PT and the remainder of the time spent doing unguided, generic exercises. These models do not drive success, and often result in patients quitting on their own before really finishing the job.”

Brad is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), demonstrating his advanced clinical knowledge, skills, and experience in orthopedic physical therapy practice. He strongly believes in the benefits of using a hands-on approach through combining manual therapy and dry needling techniques with uniquely tailored exercises to provide successful, evidence-based treatments.

When he’s not helping others stay active, you can find Brad pushing himself in a CrossFit workout, ripping groomers or searching for untracked powder lines, logging miles on local trails, hiking with his family, or throwing a line at a favorite fishing spot.

Andrea Campian, PT, DPT, CFMT

Andrea brings more than a decade of experience working with all types of sports and orthopedic injuries to the Craft Physical Therapy team. She utilizes a creative and individualized treatment approach with her patients that drives amazing results. She has a special interest in pelvic floor physical therapy for athletes, especially postpartum return to sport, and a unique skillset treating wrist and hand injuries for climbers.

I began to see as a runner, skier, climber, and mom myself, that there were conditions and regions of the body that the average physical therapist wasn’t addressing. I wanted to make sure I was able to offer completely comprehensive and holistic care.”

After receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Andrea completed a rigorous Certification in Functional Manual Therapy® (CFMT) through the Institute of Physical Art. She specializes in treating all injuries common to the great variety of activities available in Utah including skiing, running, rock climbing, hiking, and mountain biking.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Andrea competing in local Ski Mountaineering (Skimo) and trail running races, touring in the backcountry, rock climbing, lifting in the gym, and hiking with her family.

Chris McNerney, PT, DPT, CF-L2

Chris’ journey with Craft Physical Therapy started as a patient in 2018, when he was rehabilitating from a knee injury. At the time, he was an avid mountain biker and CrossFitter and pedaled all over this beautiful state we get to call home.

“At the very first appointment I had with Craft PT, I knew this was different. The one-on-one attention and the way they made me feel was something I had never experienced in physical therapy. After leaving that first appointment, on crutches and in my knee immobilizer, I knew that I wanted to one day be a part of their team.”

Fast forward 7 years later, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and education to the Craft Physical Therapy team. With over 10 years of CrossFit experience, coaching and training, Chirs has helped run CrossFit affiliates in the Salt Lake City area since 2013. To this day, whether it's coaching or taking a class, he stands by the belief that those 60 minutes are the best hour of the day.

Chris possesses a unique and creative treatment approach to help his patients alleviate pain, move better, and accomplish their goals. His use of manual therapy interventions, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and a holistic treatment process set him apart from his peers. Chris has a special interest in working with golfers, CrossFitters, and athletes of any caliber.

When he’s not working with patients Chris likes to golf, workout, BBQ, and spend time with friends and family.
